Affiliate Program

An affiliate program allows one website to refer visitors to another website that is selling a product and get credit for any product that is purchased on that website from the referred visitors. So, in the case of our affiliate program, you link to our product or home page from your website or social media platform, and we pay you a commission from each sale from the visitors you send us! 

To sign up for our program simply fill out the application form. You will be asked to read and agree to our terms and conditions before your application can be submitted. We will review your application and if accepted, you will receive an e-mail notification with your login information. Once you have that email, you can log in and start creating links, get HTML code for our images, and use our other content and tools to start earning money selling our products. 

No, it's a free program. 

Southern Row Apparel pays a base 5% of the sale amount from each customer referred to our site from your link.

General Questions

To ensure the longevity and quality of your screen-printed shirt, it's important to follow proper care instructions. Here are some general guidelines:

1. Washing:
   - Turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect the print.
   - Machine wash the shirt in cold water on a gentle cycle.
   - Use a mild detergent that is suitable for colored clothing.
   - Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals.

2. Drying:
   - It's best to air dry your screen-printed shirt to prevent shrinking or damage.
   - Hang the shirt on a clothesline or lay it flat on a clean surface to dry.
   - If you must use a dryer, choose a low heat setting or tumble dry on a delicate cycle.

3. Ironing:
   - If ironing is necessary, turn the shirt inside out to protect the print.
   - Set your iron to a low heat setting without steam.
   - Gently iron the shirt, avoiding direct contact with the print. Instead, iron the garment around the print area.

To purchase a product in the Southern Row Apparel shop, you simply need to add the items you like to your cart.

Once you’re ready to purchase, head to your cart and follow all of the prompts to check out successfully. You will receive an order confirmation after successfully checking out.

Our prices are not inclusive of sales tax. This tax will be added automatically at the checkout for North Carolina customers.

Returns

We have a 72-hour return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if you are eligible for an exchange or replacement.

Shipping

All items have a TAT (turnaround time) of 7-12 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
